Sony will release a terminal with fingerprint reader on the side

Earlier this month, a filtration of Vizleaks pointed toward the inclusion of a fingerprint reader on the Sony Xperia Z5. As well, new filtered images have confirmed this technical feature at the time which has revealed that Chamber will apparently include a 23 megapixel sensor.

The new terminal of the Japanese company will be released next Wednesday during the fair of IFA 2015. A few days after that the new Sony high-end phones are presented in Berlin, the images published on the Xperia blog confirm features and part of the design of the terminal.

The filtering is based on three photographs of the new flagship of Sony in three different colors, gold, white and turquoise, which suggest that have a fingerprint sensor on one side and a 23-megapixel rear camera of six lenses with Sony Exmor RS sensor.

In addition to those characteristics, the photographs reveal a rounded design with the XPERIA logo engraved on the side and a renewed buttons on and off to dismiss the circular protrusion made of aluminum that had so distinguished the Sony Xperia to date. One of them also shows a wet terminal, test its resistance to water and dust proof. However, it is not clear if the leaked images correspond to Sony Xperia Z5 or its premium version.

By incorporating fingerprint detection technology, the Japanese company follows the footsteps of Apple to replace the cumbersome slipped finger with the simple posing of the finger on the main button.
