Obviously this method is based on a manual installation, so if you are not very expert we recommend that you wait for Nexus receives notification for automatic update, which should not take long to arrive (depending on where you are).

What improvements brings Android Marshmallow?
In this new update you can expect big improvements in battery with features like “Doze” which suspends the activity of apps if your smartphone or Android tablet has long been in a state of rest (basically when you have not used for a while).

Another improvement and probably the most important of all, is “Google Now on Tap”, which allows you to obtain relevant information about people or objects that are on the screen without leaving the app where you are. For example, if you are inside the player and let down the Home button, Google Now on Tap recognize what you’re hearing and show information. In the same way, you can ask “Ok Google, who is the singer?” and without naming the band, Google Now on Tap seek the vocalist of the band you’re listening and you display it in the bottom of the screen so you do not have to leave the app. Obviously, this feature is not unique to the player and will run through all of Android apps and functions.
